Ingredients
1 heaped tsp Kaiyu Superfoods Freeze- dried Muntrie Powder
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 pinch cinnamon
Topping
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp pepitas
¼ cup blackberries
Method
Combine all ingredients (except topping ingredients) together in a bowl and leave for a few hours or overnight. Top with hemp seeds and pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for extra protein as well as some fruit. We picked blackberries which go well and also give added Vitamin C, K and A. Enjoy!
