Returns and Refunds Policy

Non-faulty products

Sometimes in life things happen! If you have ordered our product hastily and have now changed your mind, or if you ordered the wrong product or cancelled your order after it was dispatched (as we are pretty on the ball here and usually dispatch on the same day as order day!) you can return your product (at your cost) within 7 days of delivery of your order as long as the product is unopened, unconsumed and undamaged/unmarked. Once we receive the returned order and assess that it is in the original condition that it was sent, we will refund your money.

In the absence of proof of the delivery date, your order will be deemed to be delivered 5 business days after dispatch of the order.

If you wish to return your order due to the above reasons, then please contact us at 0429 424 024 or send an email to kaiyu.superfoods@gmail.com and provide us with the following information:

Name, contact number, receipt of purchase (if not purchased online) and information as to why you wish to return the order.

Incorrect/ Incomplete orders

If the goods you receive do not match your order, then please contact us within 7 days of delivery of the item and inform us of our error. We will:

  1. Send you the correct goods 
  2. Pay for the incorrect goods to be returned to us; or
  3. Send you any missing items from your incomplete order (at our expense)

We will also give you the option of receiving a refund for the goods that are missing in your order or re-sending the missing goods. In the absence of proof of the delivery date, your order will be deemed to be delivered 5 business days after dispatch of the order.

Name, contact number, receipt of purchase (if not purchased online) and information on your order.

If goods need to be returned after notifying us, then please send goods purchased in their original condition and packaging with all the accessories to:

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

We are sure you will love our products, as we endeavour to produce the highest quality product. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your products due to unacceptable quality, loss or damage to the product, then you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major problem and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major problem.

To request a replacement or refund, you will need to do the following:

  1. Contact us at 0429 424 024 or send an email to kaiyu.superfoods@gmail.com and provide us with the following information:

Name, contact number, receipt of purchase (if not purchased online), and reason for replacement or refund. 

Conditions that apply to this Refunds and Returns Policy:

  1. The 7 days start from the day the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address. In the absence of proof of the delivery date, you will be deemed to have received the goods 5 days after dispatch of the goods.
  2. We will not refund the cost of shipping if we are replacing goods or refunding goods that are part of orders. In the event that we are refunding the whole order, we will also refund the freight charge that was paid with the initial order.
  3. To request a refund for goods that are of unacceptable quality or are damaged, the goods need to be returned or sufficient proof, eg photos of products, will need to be sent to us for consideration.
