Full of nutrients and low in sugar!
2 tsp Kaiyu Superfoods Freeze-dried Desert Lime Powder
½ cup pistachio nuts
1 cup cranberries
1½ tbsp coconut oil
1 cup raw cashews
¼ cup pistachio nuts
Put all the pistachios in a blender and blend until they have a small chopped consistency. Take out a quarter of a cup and reserve it for rolling the balls in later. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender containing the remaining pistachio nuts and blend until the ingredients start sticking together. Roll this mixture into small bite sized balls. Roll the balls in the reserved pistachio nuts and refrigerate. Enjoy!
