Rivermint and Mango Salad

Packed with Vitamin C, E, A and loads of antioxidants!


½ tsp Kaiyu Superfoods Rivermint Powder

1  Mango cubed

1  Lebanese cucumber

1 Avocado cut into small pieces

Ground Pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in a bowl. No need to put in salad dressing, the Rivermint will combine with the juice from the mango  to make a delicious natural dressing! Serve with Barramundi (or other available fish).
