Directions: (See video above)
- Pour contents into a bowl.
- Add ¼ cup water to Mix until combined- don’t be tempted to add more than ¼ cup of water or they will be too moist!
- Put mixture onto some baking paper and flatten.
- Cut into 4 bars or make into 12 balls.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Refrigerate and consume within 7 days.
Makes delicious Chocolate Wattle Seed protein bars or balls, however the flavour will intensify overnight if you can wait that long!

- Our Kakadu Plums are wild harvested in the Northern Territory communities by our First Nations Peoples
- We freeze dry, powder and package the Kakadu Plums at our manufacturing sites in Humpty Doo NT and in Willyaroo in SA.
- Our Wattle Seed comes from a First Nations business in Queensland and a grower on the Riverland in South Australia. We roast and grind the Wattle Seed in our own manufacturing facility.
- Our Faba Bean powder is Australian grown and manufactured in Victoria.
