Quandong Breakfast Jar

Packed with antioxidants and protein!

Ingredients

1 tsp Kaiyu Superfoods Freeze-dried Quandong Powder
¼ tsp vanilla
½ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
¼ cup yoghurt (plant-based for vegans)
1 tbsp black chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup quick oats

Toppings
4 medium strawberries
½ cup pepitas
½ cup raspberries

Method
Put all ingredients (except topping ingredients) in a bowl and mix together (the mixture should be quite thick). Spoon into half of the jar, put the lid on and place the jar on its side in the refrigerator overnight. Layer some strawberries, pepitas and raspberries in the empty half of the jar and ENJOY!
