Kakadu Plum and Cranberry Bites
We have adapted Kimmy’s recipe to end up with this healthy treat! In Kimmy’s words ‘If you don’t want sweet but feel like a treat!’ A great way to get natural Vitamin C along with protein, magnesium, iron, Vitamin B6
Makes about 24 balls and if you use our Kakadu Plum Powder, each ball contains at least 90% of your daily recommended intake of Vitamin C!
3 tsp Kaiyu Superfoods Kakadu Plum Powder
½ cup pistachio nuts
1 cup cranberries
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup raw cashews
Put all the dry ingredients in a blender and blend until they have a finely chopped consistency. Add the coconut oil to the blender and blend until the ingredients start sticking together. Roll this mixture into small bite sized balls. Enjoy and refrigerate any you don’t eat straight away!
